There are two furnished rooms for rent, Each room is rented for $750.00 (+ utilities-shared) and includes a bed, a desk, and a shelf. The utilities are split between up to (2-3) room mates and include gas, electric, water, cable (in all bedrooms), internet (wireless). On average utilities are around $55-$100.00. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The house comes with a dish washer, and a in house washer and dryer. Free on street parking. The house is in walking distance from bars, restaurants, banks, Giant Eagle (grocery store) and much more! It is also a 10 minute drive to the Waterfront which includes Target, movie theater, Barnes & Noble, Lowes, and a 15 minute drive from the Monroeville Mall. I am looking for clean and friendly room mates who are young professionals, visiting researchers, or college students (sophmore, Jr.,sr, or graduate students).
