Since this is a 2 bedroom, it is perfect for traveling professionals to share and split the cost, however, both must be approved. No sub-leasing is allowed. This is available month to month or any length of time up from September - May. Rent includes utilities & wifi. This is a pet free, drug free, smoke free unit. Parking is available on site with your own dedicated parking space and a visitor parking space for $20 for the duration of your rental. This is a month to month rental and each new monthly renewal is contingent upon monthly inspection to ensure the unit is being cared for adequately. A departure cleaning of $200 will be collected at move in.
