The house and 44 acres are located on the north side of Bell Road (approximately 34 acres is open land). There is approximately 38 acres of land on the south side of Bell Road (approximately 27 acres of Plantation Pines were planted in 1997 and the second thinning was done in 2012). The sell of the house and acreage will be subject to owner confirmation. The house will be sold "As Is". For a successful buyer, $2,500 non-refundable earnest money will be due on the day of the sale and closing within 30 days. Sales contract cannot be assigned.
