I have a large house with a seperate downstairs. Me and my daughter live upstairs but the laundry is downstairs. It's a beautiful large room and seperate private bath. I'm also having a kitchenette with 2 burners a sink and mini fridge installed downstairs for the renter and a coffee nook as well. The house is on 2 acres so it's pretty peaceful and we are pretty low key. There is a lock on the upstairs door to keep both areas seperate. I'm also including the room next to the bedroom that can be made into a cozy seperate living room. No one that works from home, and must have a steady job, and pass a background check. Utilities are $120/month
