I have a beautiful, newly remodeled home in Winsted. I'm looking for a "roommate". I am on the road 6-8 weeks at a time. I come home every 6-8 weeks for a week, and then I am back on the road. Fully furnished, except beds. Laundry, etc. Please DM for more info. APPOINTMENT SHOWINGS ONLY. Tennant responsible for heat, electricity and cable. I will pay for trash removal, water, and sewer. I will also adjust rent for when I am home to cover the utilities I may use during my home stay.
