Our property lies in the Hollow, which is a six mile scenic loop with stunning views of Netop Mountain, Mount Aeolus, Owl's Head and gorgeous farmhouses. The Guest Apartment boasts a wrap-around deck with "the best views" in the Hollow. This property is located on the second floor of the green barn. This is your chance to spend time surrounded by nature where you can hike, bike, fish and walk mask-free. Our Guest Apartment is smoke-free. Families are welcome, we will consider pets. Beautiful guest apartment has an open floor plan features a brick fireplace and floor to ceiling arched windows with sliding glass doors that open onto a wrap-around deck with stunning views and all-day sun. On the main floor is the living/dining area, and kitchen with dishwasher, along with the master bedroom and bath. Upstairs is a cozy second bedroom and half bath. Renter must give a refundable deposit and a $250 non-refundable cleaning fee. There is no smoking allowed. We will consider pets on a case by case basis, with an additional cleaning fee and pet release. Shorter rentals will be considered at a daily rate.
