Hello! I own this house. Just my wife and I. The house is really big, we really just use the basement for laundry. You could make the space yours. Large living area, and a bedroom off to the side. Private bathroom down there for your use. Access to laundry machines would be shared. You can use the pool and hot tub as long as it is done responsibly. Access to the kitchen for cooking and such. Your space would mostly be downstairs unless cooking or swimming. No pets. No smoking. Don't want people in and out of the house. The whole basement area would be a space to make your own. Laundry room would be shared. You can cook on the kitchen, just clean up whatever you use. You would basically just buy and use your own food. No hidden fees or anything. That is a flat rate.
