Lease Terms: Standard 12-month lease per room. We also offer flexibility inquire about options for shorter or longer lease terms (e.g., academic semester or 2-year) on a case-by-case basis. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for utilities (split among housemates). This includes electricity, gas, and water/sewer. Trash is included with the rent. Subletting & Renewals: Subletting is permitted with the completion of thorough background checks and management approval. House Rules: No pets and no smoking are permitted.
