We will pay for water; you'll be responsible for other utilities, although we may be able to share costs for wifi and things like that if you would like. Pets are allowed; please no cigarette smoking inside the house. Your upstairs neighbors will be the owners of the house. We're married and considering having children, which could mean us expanding into the basement, so we're looking for a tenant who's interested in 12-18 months and understands going in that we may decide not to extend the lease beyond that depending on our family situation. Because we live in the house, we'd like to meet as part of selecting you as a tenant (and you selecting us as landlords/neighbors); that said, it's a fully separate unit, we respect your privacy and are looking for a professional relationship.
