Key Point Village is a quaint, quiet condo complex with 15 units and a community pool, located less than 1 mile to Crescent Beach (10 minute walk). Many residents are full time and we have several return renters each season. Our condo has been lovingly decorated with nautical accents and comfy coastal furnishings. The first floor features a half bath, full kitchen with breakfast bar, living room with electric fireplace, glass sliders to the screened, poolside lanai with gas grill and relaxing outdoor furniture. The second floor has a full bath, two bedrooms with desk/workspace in each (for remote working) and the main bedroom features a balcony overlooking the lanai and pool. We have beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers and a beach cart for beach trips. Bike rack on property. We are convenient to South Siesta and Gulf Gate - so much within walking distance! Monthly rate varies depending on the time of the year. Currently available for the months of September 2025 through April 2026. Please message if you are interested. Renters must complete Key Point Village Condominium application and lease and all adults (18+) must submit to a background check ($100 per couple). Condominium rules document must be signed by all adults. 2 parking spaces included. $225 cleaning fee. Max. occupancy is 4 persons. No smoking and no pets. Pool Hours are 8am to Dusk - no night swimming. Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am.
