Four kayaks are available for your use. Situated in the Vacation Beach neighborhood, there are several small beaches within a five minute walk. Johnson's Beach, Safeway, and several restaurants are a 5 minute drive away in downtown Guerneville. Armstrong Woods and Northwood golf course, 10 minutes, the Sonoma Coast and Healdsburg, 30 minutes. One month minimum rental, three months minimum preferred. Utilities are tenant responsibility.
