Our house is an old farmhouse that sits on 1/2 acre in Mt. Vernon on the westside. It is two bedroom 1 bath and has an attic space that we use as a third bedroom. It has a lovely porch that surrounds two sides of the house. We are open to renting the house furnished or unfurnished depending on what the renter desires. There is a separate mother-in-law unit that is connected through the mudroom which our good friend is currently renting. There are doors between the units and separate entrances. The laundry room is shared. The house has a treehouse on the property, large gardening area, flower beds and trampoline for kids. Sorry, no pets.
