This mountain getaway is heavily forested, at the end of the road. Very secluded and private, yet there is electricity to the buildings, and cell service is pretty good. There are two older cabins, 2 outbuildings, and 2 outhouses. The domestic water is pumped from a spring on the property, which supplies water to the kitchen sink in one cabin and the shower house. The property is covered with Pine, Fir, and Aspen trees, Oak brush, Service Berry bushes, some Sage brush and other native shrubs and grasses. This is great recreational property, located in hunting unit 24, with a private road to the White River National Forest, and very close to the Flat Tops Wilderness Area. The terrain is level to steep with the average elevation at 8,000 feet. Access is seasonal. Abundant Wildlife!
