The townhouse has a large living space with the master bedroom down stairs main floor and 2 bedrooms and bath up stairs. The is Carolina Room off the rear of the unit and a patio. Parkway is close to North Myrtle Beach with its many beach accesses. Seacoast Medical Hospital is just around the corner from Parkway as well as many doctors offices. There are several grocery stores, shopping, dinning and many places just to have fun with in minutes of this community. Parking is right in front of the unit. The kitchen has a dinning bar. The full size washer and dryer are downstairs. All 3 levels of schools are also nearby within a very short drive. The dues include the cable TV, internet. There is a yearly charge for termite inspection with a retreatment fee when required. Many residence have made Parkway there home for many years. The community pool is very nice. The HOA is switching management going from self managed to Coastal Association Mgt. so still trying to confirm the dues. The cost for termite treatment is done once a year at fifty dollars per unit except for those years when a retreatment is necessary. There is no cost available for this service at this time.
