*11 week summer rental, May 29-Aug 15ish*. Welcome to our secluded, light-filled, comfy and furnished ranch home with great mountain views. The spacious kitchen and giant playroom are the heart of our home. It's an easy 5-10m drive to Boulder, Louisville & Lafayette, 30m to Denver. *11 week summer rental, May 29-Aug 15ish*. All utilities (trash, electricity, water) and internet will be paid for. Dogs can be considered with a pet deposit. Garage parking on site. No smoking, vaping, or parties. Fireplaces are not operational. We hope you will enjoy staying in our furnished, family-friendly home. It sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin trundle bed. A pack-n-play and twin floor mattresses are also available. The remodeled kitchen, living room, and playroom are large. We will leave directions for how to use the wifi, TV, DVD player, and sound system. Your rental will include our three bedrooms, office / optional 4th bedroom, three full baths, kitchen, laundry room, living room and giant playroom (with climbing wall, gymnastics rings, and lounge net). There will be ample storage available for your belongings and food. You are welcome to everything in the fridge or pantry. We will leave plenty of children's books, toys and art supplies for you! Outside there is a patio, several yard spaces, a chicken coop and a large field. The house is super private: it isn't visible from the street, faces no neighbor windows, and is bordered on two sides by a 6 ft. privacy fence. Taking walks around the property and our quiet neighborhood is relaxing. We are currently listing the whole house for the summer of 2022 for long term stays of 4-11 weeks. The dates currently open are May 29-Aug 15. If you need alternative dates please contact us to discuss. As our travel plans shift, our dates might shift, but if we have made an agreement with you we will honor your dates.
