This well designed tiny house is great for an escape to the mountains outside town. It is positioned on a farm in Alexander, 25 minutes from downtown. This house features a spacious loft, a rain fall shower head, pull-out table and bench, air conditioning, flat screen tv (we provide an adaptor cable that can hook up to a computer), 2 sofas, plenty of closet and storage space, and tons of natural light. Test out the tiny house life! Enjoy the 17+ acre farm, outdoor fireplace, and this tiny house that featured on Tiny House Hunters for its design ingenuity and charm. This house was taken on shows around the country. That being said, this is more of a fancy GLAMPING experience than really living inside a regular house. Please be aware that it has hot water and a shower but is equipped with a composting toilet. The tiny temple is nestled into the edge of the forest on a beautiful 17 acre property just outside Asheville. Expect gravel roads and farm life! This tiny house is now equipped with internet (VERY VERY FAST INTERNET) and hot showers. Inside, this house has all of the extras, including pop-outs that create extra space inside, 2 sleeping lofts, a flat screen tv (no cable) and handcrafted cabinetry. Please note, while it has hot showers and running water, the well maintained eco-friendly composting toilet is located outside next to the Barn. Features on the property include a Coi pond, fire pit, trails, a little vineyard, streams, and endless mountain views. If you love a little adventure and finding unique cozy nooks in the woods this could be the place for you. TINY HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENTS SUMMARY *Free parking next to the tiny house *The road to the tiny house is dirt/gravel for about 250 yards *We are looking for a renter for 2 months ending by March 30th. If it is a perfect fit we may be open to extending the lease long term. *Rent is $1,100 Due on the 1st of each month and by the 4th of each month at the latest. *Either party may give 2 weeks notice and "break" the contract. If you fail to give us 2 weeks notice and need to move out with less time you are still responsible for that rent. *We can/will install the composting toilet for you so that during the colder NC months you can go to the bathroom inside if you like. *Renter is responsible for bringing buckets to the appropriate spot at the back of the barn (but does not have to process them as long as you are bringing "full" buckets). *Renter is also responsible for re-filling the propane tanks (we usually do it at ACE hardware and it costs about $18 a tank, which lasts a few weeks). *Renter agrees not to drill holes in the walls or add anything aesthetically that makes holes or dents without permission. *If you go away for a weekend and it is going to be below freezing please let us know and we can help protect or drain the pipes *We look forward to meeting you!
