Home must be kept clean to prevent insects, a pest control service is provided every quarter but the tenant must report any issues immediately so the pest control company can address. Lawn service is provided but tenant must have any pet debris or misc. items out of the way of the lawn service. Pool service is provided but any additional services required due to tenant's misuse will be charged to tenant. There will be an end of lease cleaning fee of $300.
