Has a refrigerator and stove and microwave. You can park your car out front or in the back of the house . Renters responsible for all utilities(gas,water,etc). Quiet neighborhood. If you have a dog or dogs and you want to keep them in the back yard you must clean up behind your dog. I don't mind you painting (redecorating) to your likes.
