This is an entire 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Each room is secure, coded door lock for privacy and security. My husband and I are the owners of the home and are very responsive landlords. My son just completed his degree at Cal Poly and we love the area, though we live about 3 hours away.
Rooms come furnished with a twin bed and a desk. The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table, recliner and large smart TV. Kitchen has all major appliances. Large washer and dryer are provided on the back patio. Heating is central heat. Parking is street parking but not difficult to find. The house is not too far from downtown and and easy drive to Cal Poly or Cuesta.
