The Lakeside Studio (approx 400sf) fully furnished. Decent-sized kitchen with lots of built-in storage, an updated bathroom, access to your own laundry room, and a huge 200sf private patio that is all yours and access to a wood-burning hot sauna. The Lakeside Studio is ready for you to move in and make it home at the end of October or beginning of November! Who we are: An active, energetic, lively family that likes to spend our time hiking, out on the water, and adventuring. Except for us to have gatherings/BBQs and spend most of our time outdoors. *Must acquire renters insurance* All utilities (water, garbage, electric, high speed internet) are included. Move-in fees include a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $400 *fully refundable* security deposit of $500 (no pets) and $800 (pets). Lease terms say one year but we are completely flexible. Zero smoking indoors or on patio (too close to entry and other units). Outdoor off-street uncovered parking. PETS: One dog or cat allowed by a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. MUST be good with children and other dogs. The waterfront and dock are shared with others. The interior of the cottage and the patio are for your private use. There is a separate unit above the cottage where our family lives full-time. The studio does have a separate entrance, but it does mean we share the lakefront with you, so please consider if this arrangement still meets your needs. Access Disclosure: This unit is not ADA-friendly or accessible it takes 100 steps to get from the top of the main road to the studio entrance and three flights to get from the lower road drop-off to the studio. Or you can park in-front of the house, but it is still about 25 ish steps down.
