Horse boarding option: Bring your horse or pony! No intact stallions allowed. Current coggins and vaccination records required. Up to 2 stalls available for self-care board at $200/month/stall. Farrier and vet visits regularly so you can use their services at extra cost as well. 1 acre dirt pasture for horses to run in, we have had a drought for the last year so you will need to feed hay/complete feed. Close proximity to vet, rodeo. First month: Water & Electric combined $200 Every month after: Water & Electric will be metered and tenant will pay exact cost. Current tenants pay about $250/month for water & electric. High Speed Internet for $30/month (or get your own) Trash Service (use of owner's dumpster on site) for $30/month (or get your own trash service). Security deposit $500 refundable at end of lease Pet deposit $200 per pet nonrefundable $25/month pet rent Horse boarding self care $200/month/stall and $200 deposit Selection Criteria: Since we live on the property with our kids, we will be looking for a tenant with a clean criminal history. Previous positive rental history is preferred but not required. Good credit is preferred but not required. You must have current income of at least twice the rent+utilities (if someone else such as a parent will be paying your rent, please include them and their income on this application and make a note). Race, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, family status, and disability are not considered as part of our selection criteria.
