There is a large Harlingen water line in front of the land and Harlingen sewer across Garrett Rd. on the NE corner of the intersection. The land borders a drainage canal on the south side and the flood zone for the whole property is Flood Zone X (the best). The irrigated land also has access to electricity. There are two old houses that come with the land that could be repaired and sold separately but they do not add value to the property and are being sold in "As-Is" condition. There is also a small piece of land that is cut out of the acreage along Garrett Rd. that is owner by a different land owner.
