Large kitchen with plenty of counter space and large bathroom. Utilities are split evenly and generally run $60-$100/person depending on seasons (includes cable/Internet/electric/gas). I've been in this apartment for nearly a year and have been in DC for 3 years. Looking for someone who keeps shared areas neat. I'm respectful of your space and privacy, but am also not opposed to having dinner or a few drinks every now and then :) I'm generally chill during the week with the occasional happy hour/gym/work stuff/etc. Weekends aren't crazy, but occasionally have a few friends over for drinks or dinner.
