Owner pays trash. Tenant pays water plus own utilities. Rental terms are on a 6 month lease. Must have a good credit score, must make three times the amount of the rent, must show proof of income pay stubs etc. There is a credit check fee of $40 per adult that is non-refundable. Monthly rent is $2000 a month plus a $2000 security deposit. No pets.
