Attached to one bedroom is the sunroom, a fully enclosed, window-wrapped living and dining space with a garden view and its own TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Owner pays for regular basic cleanings of kitchen, bathrooms, floors and other areas to be arranged biweekly or monthly with our professional cleaning company. Renters can pay for additional cleaning and organization if desired. Owner pays for landscaping in outdoor areas, typically on Mondays. Other renter responsibilities for maintenance and damages will be outlined in the lease agreement. No shoes indoors except for patios and roof deck. No smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside the property or on the sidewalk/alleys. No animals allowed by tenants or guests. No loitering/gathering in undesignated outdoor areas or sidewalks. Respectful noise levels to be maintained at all times. Quiet hours from 8am to 10pm. No parties, events, or commercial activities.
