The apartment sits upstairs from a 3-car garage and art studio, that is behind our home at 1742 Frankfort Avenue. There are 6 of Clifton's most popular eateries within one block of this property. There is easy access to downtown Louisville as well as the NuLu, Highlands and St. Matthews neighborhoods. The University of Louisville, Bellarmine, Simmons College and Spalding University are nearby. We are also convenient to the riverfront (it's a nice walk/run/bike to the waterfront), airport, freeways, and all that makes Louisville great. The tenant has one-car parking in the garage with automatic opener, and a private entrance from the garage into the unit. There is also a second private entrance to the property from the back, good for visitors or walking pets. In addition to the secure off-street garage parking, the apartment features hard wood floors and tile throughout. The cook's kitchen features granite countertops, soft close drawers, pull out pantry shelves, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a farmhouse sink and island.
