The University of Louisville, Bellarmine, Simmons College and Spalding University are nearby. We are also convenient to the riverfront (it's a nice walk/run/bike to the waterfront), airport, freeways, and all that makes Louisville great. The tenant has one-car parking in the garage with automatic opener, and a private entrance from the garage into the unit. There is also a second private entrance to the property from the back, good for visitors or walking pets. In addition to the secure off-street garage parking, the apartment features hard wood floors and tile throughout. The cook's kitchen features granite countertops, soft close drawers, pull out pantry shelves, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a farmhouse sink and island.
