I've owned this home for over ten years. It's a beautiful home on a river front lot. The "Zestimate" is very misleading. You might be able to buy a run down home on a small lot down the street for $425,000 but not this one. If you are interested in a home like this in Bucks County and on the river expect to pay over $800,000.
