Down a very long and rural drive it looks like the road to nowhere, then you get to the end and its magic with dramatic mountain views and abandoned rice paddy in the distance. You can feel the mana. Those who appreciate that will enjoy this space. All 3 bedrooms have beds, linens, nightstands, and window AC units. A Washer/ Dryer are on site, and yard care included in rent. Utilities excluded. Shorter term rentals (6+ months or so) are encouraged. This would be a perfect spot for traveling nurses who don't mind a communal setting. If a roommate situation presents itself such as traveling nurses, we would want to include utilities in rent and raise the rent to cover that; to be determined. The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with cooking and serving items. A large pantry off the kitchen is currently stocked with food items which can stay, or be removed at tenant request. A large lanai encompasses the entire front side of the home for those dramatic views. A brand new hot tub is off to one side and can be made functional for any tenant per request. If elected to be put in use, weekly servicing would be required at tenant expense which will be arranged by the Property Manager. Carport space for 1 car is available and additional concrete surface parking for other vehicles. No parking on the grass please. Some modification may be considered for instance one bedroom which has 3 twin beds in it could be converted to have 1 queen bed instead. A 4th "master bedroom" is a lockout for the Owners belongings. When moving into someones home that is furnished with their belongings, we expect that you will accept the house AS-IS and refrain from moving or removing items or trying to redecorate. Sorry, no pets. No showings will occur without first going through a pre qualification process with the property manager. This process is detailed, takes time and is done in order of inquires.
