Rent is $750. $800 deposit. Month to month lease. Water and trash/recycling included. PG&E bill split in half between myself and you. Coin laundry on sight. Dogs are welcomed, as long as they get along well with my pets. No cats, sorry. A bit about me~ I am a 35 year old female, love to be outside, river time, to connect with good friends and also really value my alone time. I am a huge animal lover- i enjoy music and occasionally can be found singing on the porch. I strongly value good communication, local/organically grown quality meals and sweet friends to share them with. And i am needing a like minded woman to share this space with. Disclaimer- i enjoy Sierra Nevada, pale, ales, and I roll my own tobacco. A desire to maintain clear strong communication is a must here, as well as a deep desire to maintain clear boundaries.
