Much better than nine years ago when I moved in! At that time it was almost all public/govt. housing, elderly, and thugs living with grandmother/aunt/etc. It has gone through the evolution of pioneers like myself, gay couples, young 20 somethings without kids, and now the next phase will be young families. There are still tax subsidized govt. housing tenants in the neighborhood, but the houses are being renovated and home owners have been moving in one by one.
