APARTMENT ROOM B
Spacious, sun-drenched, airy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment located on the 2nd floor of a recently renovated 3-floor building, on a tree-lined street in South Boston, available starting September 13, 2025. The apartment features high ceilings and hardwood floors, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a clean storage room in the basement.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
As you enter, off the charming kitchen with high-end appliances, is a nice living space featuring couches, a 55-inch TV, a smart home system, smart lights, and a wireless charger. Here you will also find the laundry room, an additional closet, a wireless vacuum cleaner, an emergency kit, and fire extinguishers.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Two furnished and organized ample bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Two clean and sanitized bathrooms (both with showers), of which one is enclosed. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk, a dresser, 1 set of bed linen, lamps, and 100 hangers in each room.
BASEMENT
Clean and non-scary basement that offers storage for luggage only.

Rooms are furnished as shown in the pictures.
CAPACITY & LEASE CONTRACT
The entire apartment is 811 square feet/75 square meters. Each of the 2 bedrooms is intended for 1 person only. In total, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, then just 2 people are allowed to live in the whole apartment.
Rent is 1 year minimum. No pets allowed.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Southie is one of the most vibrant and well-connected neighborhoods of Boston to live in. Its streets are safe and clean. The entire area around the apartment is flat and walkable.
LOGISTICS
From the apartment you are just a few steps away from Downtown and the T METRO RED LINE that brings you to Cambridge, Kendall Square, the Boston Common Park, easily and cheaply. Closest T-stops are Andrew and Broadway.
The bus station is literally just around the corner. Bus "11" brings you to Downtown in 15 minutes.
Supermarkets, Cafes, Bars, Pizza places, Restaurants, Gyms, Yoga studios, Hair Salons, are all within walking distance.
Half-mile walk to the beach and city park.

- In the kitchen we have added some authentic Italian pieces, as we are from the Amalfi Coast

Included in the price of the rooms you have: High speed Wi-Fi, HOA, water, sewer, bi-weekly cleaning of common spaces.
Not included is Electricity and Gas. These will be paid by me and you will have to reimburse them on a monthly basis together with the rent amount.
We usually ask for a deposit of 1 month to secure the room and then we will get it back to you at the end of the contract
Then, after we receive the deposit, room is yours and then you will have to pay monthly rent
So for example, if you are interested you wire the money and then you can move in also the day after because the apartment is ready
We will make the contract start from the day you enter
