I love it so much and look forward to turning it over to a tenant who can enjoy it as much as I did. This unit is a third floor walk up. The living room is huge and bright. I had a 8 person dinner table, a 104 inch long sectional couch and tons of seating in this living room with room to spare. There is no building directly across the living room exposure so the light is great. The kitchen has copious storage and a dishwasher. There are closets galore with excellent shelving, the storage in the apartment is unmatched. There are two unbelievable double door closets in the hallway, another quadruple door closet in the larger bedroom and a double door closet in the smaller bedroom. Both bedrooms get incredible light courtesy of their southern exposure and they both can fit kings sized beds. There is radiator heat controlled by a thermostat. I upgraded both the larger bedroom and the living room with insanely quiet smart air conditioners with a custom sound isolation system. The smaller bedroom has a split A/C. The smaller bedroom also has direct access to lovely balcony with a great view of the buildings well manicured garden. Finally, there is coin operated laundry (with a change machine) in the basement. Pets are not allowed in this unit except as a reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities.
