We live on the island since 2000. We live on a beautiful very lush and quiet 2.7 acres property on Maui's Northshore, overlooking Maliko Gulch/Haiku towards the ocean. We are 3 minutes from Ho'okipa Beach and 18 minutes from Kahului. The apartment is part of the main house and available for long-term rental from April 15th - December 15th, as this is our own private apartment and we are working abroad during that time period. No short-term rental for less than 6 months available. This is a very quiet gated 2.7 acres property with beautiful ocean and West Maui Mountain views. This is our property and our private apartment, fully furnished. We will work abroad from April 15th - December 15th 2023. We would like to rent it for the entire time. Everybody here is very respectful, no big gatherings and parties, no smoking, no drugs. Utilities are included. We have high speed internet. The apartment is for 1-2 people only, 1 parking spot, washer and dryer in the house to share, 6 months minimum rental contract only.
