The house is also less than a half mile to the main strip of restaurants and bars in hoppin' downtown Malden. If you are a gym goer, there's a fully stocked YMCA basically across the street from the house - it's new and has everything from the pool to daily yoga classes included in the membership. There's also a public pool down the street for those hot summer days. Behind the house about a 5 minute walk away, there's an awesome hill that has some of the best views of Boston.
