Additional cleaning fees will apply for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($250 per pet), dirty dishes ($100). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, must not be left alone during your stay, and you must pick up after your pet in the yard. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors are allowed. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved) will result in a $75 fee per person.
