Deposit and 1st month's rent is due at signing. Month-to-month lease Here is how we handle the application process: 1. Application: Contact me for the application 2. Credit and Background Check: Once the application has been reviewed & referrences checked and we wish to move forward with you, we do a credit and background check. There is a $39.99 fee for that and the tenant is responsible for it. We do not do it with the application because we don't feel like you should have to pay it if we don't plan to rent to you. 3. Tour of the Home: Once the application and the credit & background check have been done, we will schedule a time for you to tour the home before signing the lease or exchanging of money (other than the credit check fee mentioned above that goes directly to RentSpree). 4. Lease: We will have you sign the lease after you have toured the home and wish to continue with renting it. 5. Deposit and first month's rent is due at signing. (no exceptions)
