You'll have the downstairs bedroom and bathroom, and we (my partner and kiddo and I) will have the upstairs bedrooms! We'll share the kitchen, living room, bonus rooms and dining - but we have WAY too much space so we're happy to share. We are two professionals who work M-F and our kiddo is with us every other week and/or on weekends. Must be good with kids and dogs, and will be background checked. The room is on the first floor right off of the garage!
