Driveway parking is shared amongst the tenants and there is plenty of on-street parking. Overall, it’s a very nice place with top of the line amenities. Rent is $575/mo + $125/mo for utilities which includes RCN's top cable package (w/ movie channels, DVR, and box in every room) and 50MPS WIFI, gas heat and hot water, electric, water, trash and sewer.
