We're renting our 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with large bonus space on the bottom floor and 2 car garage in Oakhurst Commons starting 1/1/22 (flexible move in date). Walking distance to gym, coffee, and restaurants. The property is only a couple years old and has gorgeous finishes, gas stove, large deck space, tons of storage, washer and dryer included, large walk-in closet in primary bedroom and stainless appliances. The space could easily accommodate 3 roommates or a family- we both work from home and use one bedroom for an office and the bottom floor space for a second office and workout space. We have made some amazing friends in the neighborhood we'd be excited to introduce you to, and we're moving nearby. $2495/month for one year lease. Deposit one month's rent. $2650/month for a 6 month lease: Jan-Jun. This would include ALL utilities: power, gas, water, trash, and AT&T fiber internet. A deposit would still be required (half one month's rent). Neighborhood is very dog friendly but unfortunately there are breed restrictions in the neighborhood and a 45 lb weight limit for this property. Cats ok.
