    This is an uninhabitable 800 sq foot 2 story home (DO Not Enter Home). It hasn't been occupied in about 20 years. The previous deed states the home sits on about 2 acres although the tax records state 1 acre. Approximately 200 ft of road frontage. Eat in kitchen with propane stove and propane space heater. Add'l rooms are a liv. rm,sun room, bedrooms up. There is a quarter bath off the kitchen with a 30+ year old incinerating toilet (of little to no value). The quarter bathroom is large enough be an expanded to a small full bath someday. There is also a two seat privy near the garage with a 4 in pipe for pump out.
