We are looking for someone to move into our apartment at Lawrence Road Apartments in early May! We will be moving May 2nd and need to fill the apartment for the rest of our lease (ends July 31st). If you are interested in our apartment, you have two options: 1. Take over our current lease and when you move out (be it in July or later), you will get OUR security deposit back. We made a deposit of $1250 and you could expect to get it all back, since the apartment is in good shape. The apartment will be AS IS, but unfurnished and cleaned. 2. Start a new lease and make your own security deposit. If you choose this option, the apartment carpet will be professionally cleaned, walls painted, and other such things that usually happen between tenants. The apartment is 650 sq. ft. with new windows and a new sliding door. There is a balcony as well that can fit a few chairs or several plant pots! The bedroom is a decent size (picture shows a queen bed) and has a big walk-in closet. The bathroom also has a huge counter with lots of cabinet space. Kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge and oven, and garbage disposal. The entry way also has a coat closet that fits a lot of stuff. Our apartment also comes with a covered parking spot with a good size storage unit! Rent does not include garbage, water, or sewage. Apartment complex is very dog friendly! There is also a playground for children, a small recreation room, and a limited gym. We are happy to conduct virtual tours via Zoom or Facetime for anyone who is interested. Tenant responsible for garbage, sewage, and water.
