There is not extra room in these rooms for additional beds.The living room has a pull out queen sofa which sleeps 2.The large yard is perfect for entertaining. It has a picnic table, a gas grill and a magnificent mango tree for shade. The laundry room in the building is coin operated with one washer and one dryer ($1.25/wash and $1.00/dry).Includes all utilities,cable and WiFi.
