LEASE TERMS
1. Term of Lease
Can be month to month basis.
2. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and within any shared or common areas of the building or complex. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking or vaping devices. Any violation of this provision will result in a penalty as outlined in Section
3. Utilities
All utilities are included in this property.
4. Furnishings
This property comes fully furnished.
5. Damages
Should any damages occur to the property or its furnishings beyond normal wear and tear, the tenant is responsible for all costs associated with repairs or replacements. An inspection will be conducted both at the start and end of the lease term to determine the condition of the property and its contents. Any damages identified during the end-of-lease inspection that were not present at the start of the lease will be the tenant's responsibility to rectify.
6. Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1,995.00 is required upon signing this lease. This deposit will be returned to the tenant upon termination of this lease, minus any amounts required to cover unpaid rents, fees, or repairs as detailed in the lease.
7. Termination
Should the tenant breach any terms of this lease, the landlord has the right to terminate the lease with proper notice, as stipulated by local and state regulations.
8. Miscellaneous
