Tenant responsible for all yard work. This is a rural property with well water. Starlink and TMobile home internet have been the most reliable, although fiber internet will be available soon. Tenant responsible for garbage and yard care (be aware that this yard will need biweekly-monthly upkeep depending on the season ) Owner pays water and sewer.
