Our townhouse is brand new and located in the rental section of Durham Farms. It is 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, 1,700 sq. ft. with a 2 Car Garage. Attic with storage. Rental includes access to all community amenities, including, large pool, clubhouse, gym and dog park. Note: Pictures shown are from the model, but unit is the same floor plan. We are moving in June and need to transfer the remainder of our lease, which ends on October 24th. If you are interested in extending your lease beyond that date, you can contact the leasing company. Once you sign the sublet agreement with us, with leasing company will take over and handle screening and the lease agreement. Rent is $2,045 plus $115 HOA Fee and $20 per pet. HOA fee entitles you to use all community amenities and also includes lawn care/mowing and landscaping. The unit can be available as early as June 15th but you must start your lease by July 1st.
