Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If these cause plumbing issues, charges will apply. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While efforts are made not to interrupt the stay, access to the properties may be required after providing guests with 24-hour written notice.
