A ten minute drive from bishops corner (shopping and food plaza), close to the city. There are fences placed in the backyard. The front would be able to park around 4 cars. Front and back yard is extremely clean - like the community itself. You can go out for a walk or a jog both morning and evening; it is a peaceful experience. Renter is responsible for water bills, gas bills, and electric bills. On top of that, renters are also responsible for mowing the lawn and shoveling the snow. No pets are allowed.
