I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting Dec 1st 2020. The lease ends Feb 28th 2021. You will have the option to terminate the lease or extend it for as long as you like. This apartment now rents for $1200 a month, you will be locked into my current rate of $995. This apartment is AMAZING, the views are crazy and it is so close to downtown. I walk to work everyday! The apartment has been recently renovated with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. There is a walk-in closet and a spare room that could be an office. The windows let in tons of natural light and you have views of the mountains and downtown. I really can't say enough good things about this place. The lease exchange is simple but you will need to be approved by the management company. The building has wifi that we pay $65 a month for. The electric, water, etc. are split between the community. My total rent + bills are around $1200 a month. They make it super easy to pay. I have not had any maintenance issues, but I know that they are very efficient at fixing any problems.
