Low Season rent is $2600 May-October Owner pays for lawn maintenance, pool maintenance, garbage pick-up, and basic internet. Tenant pays for water, electrical, cable (if so desired). No more than six occupants total. Three cars maximum in the driveway. No smoking. Dogs and cats are negotiable (two max). Small dogs preferred as large dogs can see over the lower opaque portion of pool screening and may jump through the pool screening upon sight of squirrel (we speak from experience). Pet deposit required depending on size and type. No pets allowed in the carpeted room (master bedroom). Pets fine in all other rooms (tile and LVP). Tenant responsible for first $50 of maintenance or repair items. In-ground pool is heated but currently no thermal cover for it (heat is up to you, you pay electric..covers are up to you and cost about $200..they do help lower electric bill but kind of get in the way). House is furnished and basic items included. Towels, sheets, cookware, etc. This is a quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors. You can hear a pin drop at late night.
