Pets considered on a case by case basis, previous renters have had both cats and dogs (for those who may have allergy concerns). We encourage anyone interested to reach out to us, the owner is motivated to get it rented ASAP. Month-to-Month after 1 month minimum, longer terms (3+ months) preferred. Full applications are required for each intended occupant age 18 and over and each applicant is subject to credit and background checks. $20 application fee, per applicant.
